Cooper Gardens Housing Development

As you can see by walking or driving down Third Avenue, the health and wellness center and affordable housing project across the street is moving along steadily, scheduled to open in late 2019. Many of you have asked about renting requirements at what will be known as Cooper Gardens (named after our former President/CEO Dr. Scott Cooper, who was so instrumental in the project’s creation).
