If you live in cramped surroundings that stop you from growing your own vegetables, like many in the Bronx, container gardening could be the answer.

The New York Botanical Gardens recently partnered with SBH Health System in giving a demonstration on container gardening. Dr. Eric Appelbaum, Deputy Chief Medical Officer at SBH, offered his thoughts on the benefits of container gardening to News 12.
