The St. Barnabas Medical Library, located on the 5th floor in the Braker Building, provides knowledge-based information services in support of patient care, medical education, in-service education, hospital administration and community outreach programs. The library is open to all St. Barnabas medical staff and employees, as well as to staff from offsite clinics. An ID badge is required for entry.

StatRef Evidence Alerts
StatRef Evidence Alerts – provides e-mail notification of McMaster University (McMaster PLUS) evidence based rated articles from over 130 top medical journals.
Any person with access to a StatRef subscription can select various levels of evidence and what disciplines for which they would like to receive alerts.
The library’s book catalog can be accessed from any hospital computer with network access. You can search by author, title, subject and keywords. Books are catalogued using the National Library of Medicine Classification Scheme. Click on the link below for access.
