Pain Medicine - SBH Health System

Pain Medicine

Pain can easily take over your life, dramatically affecting your physical and mental health. If you are a patient with acute or chronic pain that has not responded to conventional therapies, our pain management team is ready with the experience, compassion and expertise to diagnose, treat and help manage your pain.

The goal of the SBH Pain Medicine Clinic is to give you a better quality of life. Working closely with each unique patient, your pain management specialist will develop an individualized treatment plan that works for you.

Our specialists understand this – at the same time realizing that the use of opioids to control pain needs to be very carefully monitored.  Instead, we investigate an assortment of minimally and non-invasive options that include the latest technologies and modalities, non-addictive medications, nerve blocks and ablations, injections, minimally invasive surgeries, physical therapy and other solutions.
