Welcome to SBH Internal Medicine Residency website. SBH is an excellent place to train for internal medicine (just ask our residents!). Every week we see uncommon variations of common diseases and common presentation of unusual diseases. Residents are first line in the care of our patients and therefore have an ability to become comfortable in treating the most complex patients both in the clinic and in the inpatient setting. Residents graduating from our program obtain excellent positions in both the inpatient and outpatient setting all over the United States, many stay at SBH, and others obtain very prestigious fellowship positions.
I encourage you to navigate our website to get a better flavor for our program. As interviews continue to be remote, we will have our multicultural residents join you, in your virtual space, to give their perspective on our program and to answer any questions you might have. We also have included videos on different aspects of our program. We hope that this will be informative and be able to give you a taste of who we are.
