COVID-19 Vaccine:

SBH is administering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to people age 12 and older based on guidance provided by the NYS Department of Health. We are committed to serving our patients and community members as vaccine supplies are made available.

COVID-19 vaccines are administered at the SBH Urgent Care Center by ModernMD, located at our Health and Wellness Center, 4507 Third Avenue, Bronx, NY (directly across the street from St. Barnabas Hospital).

Children 5 – 11

SBH is administering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to children 5 – 11 at the Children’s Center  in the SBH Health and Wellness Center based on guidance provided by the NYS Department of Health. We are committed to serving our patients and community members as vaccine supplies are made available.

Monday – Friday:   8 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
