Walk-in COVID-19 Vaccine and Testing at SBH

COVID-19 Vaccine:

SBH is administering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to people age 12 and older based on guidance provided by the NYS Department of Health. We are committed to serving our patients and community members as vaccine supplies are made available.

COVID-19 vaccines are administered at the SBH Urgent Care Center by ModernMD, located at our Health and Wellness Center, 4507 Third Avenue, Bronx, NY (directly across the street from St. Barnabas Hospital).

To get your vaccine, please walk in to the Health and Wellness Center and let security know you are here for the Urgent Care Center.

Children 5 – 11

SBH is administering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to children 5 – 11 at the Children’s Center  in the SBH Health and Wellness Center based on guidance provided by the NYS Department of Health. We are committed to serving our patients and community members as vaccine supplies are made available.

Monday – Friday:   8 a.m. – 8 p.m.

SBH provides COVID-19 testing at no cost on a walk-in basis at our SBH Urgent Care Center by ModernMD, located at the SBH Health and Wellness Center, 4507 Third Avenue, Bronx., NY (directly across the street from St. Barnabas Hospital).

COVID-19 Monoclonal Antibody Infusion Program:

SBH has initiated a COVID-19 Monoclonal Antibody Infusion Program for patients who have recently tested positive for COVID-19.

Monoclonal antibody infusions can reduce the likelihood of requiring hospitalization. Patients are eligible if they have COVID with mild symptoms that do not require hospitalization and risk factors such as being older than 65 or having diabetes or other conditions that increase their chance of progressive illness.
