No renunciar para siempre a las patatas fritas.<\/p>\n<p>\"Si intentas hacerlo bastante bien 75% u 80% del tiempo y miras una semana entera en lugar de un d\u00eda o una comida, est\u00e1s en el buen camino con tu estilo de vida en general\", dice Gellman. \"Ser paciente con el progreso es importante\".<\/p>\n<h2>Cosechar los frutos de los peque\u00f1os cambios<\/h2>\n<p>Las clases comunitarias de la Cocina Docente de SBH est\u00e1n abiertas a todo el mundo. Se ofrecen varios d\u00edas a la semana y solo cuestan $5 por persona.<br \/>\n\"Estamos dando a la gente las herramientas que necesitan para sentirse capaces de hacer cambios\", afirma Gellman.<\/p>\n<p>Para Gellman y su equipo, eso significa ense\u00f1ar a la gente a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consumir frutas y verduras enlatadas o congeladas, que pueden ser tan nutritivas como las frescas.<\/li>\n<li>Utilizar nuevos sabores y estilos de cocina<\/li>\n<li>Haga comidas m\u00e1s sanas sin gastar mucho dinero<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Un objetivo para una vida m\u00e1s sana<\/h2>\n<p>Williams dice que le encantan los sabores y colores que ha empezado a a\u00f1adir a su cocina.
