Le Dr Kulshreshtha est responsable de la direction et des op\u00e9rations des services de soins ambulatoires dans l'ensemble de l'organisation. Cela comprend le centre de sant\u00e9 et de bien-\u00eatre du SBH ainsi que sa cuisine p\u00e9dagogique et son centre de fitness co-implant\u00e9s, qui constituent le fer de lance des initiatives d'\u00e9ducation \u00e0 un mode de vie sain et de vie saine du SBH. Au sein du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9, elle exerce \u00e9galement les fonctions de directrice m\u00e9dicale des transitions de soins. En outre, le Dr Kulshreshtha est professeure adjointe de m\u00e9decine \u00e0 la CUNY School of Medicine, professeure adjointe de clinique au New York Institute of Technology et membre (Fellow) de l'American College of Physicians.<\/p>\n<p>Leader chevronn\u00e9e de la sant\u00e9 et m\u00e9decin praticienne en m\u00e9decine interne, la Dre Kulshreshtha met \u00e0 contribution plus de 20 ans d'exp\u00e9rience pour promouvoir les meilleures pratiques, am\u00e9liorer la gestion des flux de travail des patients et faire face aux complexit\u00e9s croissantes d'un environnement de soins en constante \u00e9volution.
