Alvin Lin is the Vice President of Ambulatory Care Transformation and Innovation at SBH Health System where he develops care delivery models to improve quality, outcomes, and satisfaction while reducing cost of care. He recently launched the new SBH Health and Wellness Center which aims to redefine patient experience and build a culture of lifelong wellness and self-empowerment. The Center includes 314 units of affordable housing, Center for Culinary Medicine and Teaching Kitchen, Rooftop Farm, Farm Stand, Fitness Center, and Women\u2019s Health and Pediatrics services.<\/p>\n

Alvin co-chaired several New York Medicaid Redesign and Value Based Care committees and represents SBH on Health Equity Task Force. He received degrees from the University of Southern California and The Johns Hopkins University.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n<\/section> \n\n\n\n\n
