Ne pas renoncer d\u00e9finitivement aux frites.<\/p>\n<p>\"Si vous essayez d'obtenir de bons r\u00e9sultats 75% ou 80% du temps et que vous consid\u00e9rez une semaine enti\u00e8re au lieu d'un jour ou d'un repas, vous \u00eates sur la bonne voie en ce qui concerne votre mode de vie en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral\", explique M. Gellman. \"Il est important d'\u00eatre patient et de progresser.<\/p>\n<h2>R\u00e9colter les fruits de petits changements<\/h2>\n<p>Les cours communautaires \u00e0 la cuisine p\u00e9dagogique SBH sont ouverts \u00e0 tous. Ils sont propos\u00e9s plusieurs jours par semaine et ne co\u00fbtent que $5 par personne.<br \/>\n\"Nous donnons aux gens les outils dont ils ont besoin pour se sentir capables de changer les choses\", explique M. Gellman.<\/p>\n<p>Pour Mme Gellman et son \u00e9quipe, cela signifie qu'il faut apprendre aux gens \u00e0.. :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mangez des fruits et l\u00e9gumes en conserve ou surgel\u00e9s, qui peuvent \u00eatre tout aussi nutritifs que les fruits et l\u00e9gumes frais.<\/li>\n<li>Utiliser de nouvelles saveurs et de nouveaux modes de cuisson<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9parer des repas plus sains sans d\u00e9penser beaucoup d'argent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Un objectif pour une vie plus saine<\/h2>\n<p>Mme Williams dit qu'elle aime les saveurs et les couleurs qu'elle a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 ajouter \u00e0 sa cuisine.
