How to Apply:

  1. 1. PASS Application
    • a. Application must be made to Postdoctoral Application Support Service (PASS)
    • b. Required materials include
      • Undergraduate Transcripts
      • Dental School Transcripts
      • Proof of successful completion of NBDE I and NBDE II Exams
      • A minimum of 3 letters of reference (max of 5 may be submitted)
      • ADAT and GRE scores optional for application cycle in 2021
  2. 2. National Matching Program
    • a. All applicants must register for the Match via the National Matching Service website (https://natmatch.com/dentres/) . Please follow the instructions on the website.
  3. 3. Materials Sent Directly to St. Barnabas Orthodontics
    • a. $100 (USD) Application Fee
