We offer the latest advances in diagnosis and treatment for adults with a sports injury or needing a knee or hip replacement due to joint disease or deterioration and for children with an injury or musculoskeletal condition needing attention.

Surgery is performed by SBH board-certified orthopedic specialists in the hospital’s state-of-the-art operating suite.

SBH employs the newest techniques for knee ligament reconstruction, cartilage repair, regeneration and meniscal transplantation. We have expertise in arthroscopic rotator cuff repairs and shoulder stabilization procedures.

Dr. Mark Klion is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who is Fellowship trained in Sports Medicine. He earned his Medical Degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and completed his Orthopedic Residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. He is the Medical Director of the New York City Triathlon.
