Pay Your Bills By – Electronic Payment

SBH Health System now offers an Online Patient Record Request tool for patients, parents of minor patients and caregivers acting on behalf of a patient requesting patient records.  This will save you a trip to the hospital!

 

The Online tool verifies your identity by asking for a photo of your driver’s license, which can be taken via webcam or smartphone.There is no additional charge to use this service. However, you may be charged for copies of medical records that are not requested by healthcare providers for direct patient care.  To reduce any costs, consider requesting specific information rather than a complete record.
