We also focus on preventing illness through vaccines, travel medicine and services that help reduce your risk of future infections.

If you’ve recently been hospitalized with an infection, we’ll continue to monitor your recovery and help prevent complications after you return home. We also use long-acting antibiotics given through an IV to help shorten your hospital stay whenever possible.

HIV treatment
Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP)
Post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP)
Doxy-PEP for eligible patients
Sexually transmitted infection (STI) evaluation and treatment
Our Pathways Center for Comprehensive Care includes an infectious disease specialty clinic, as well as the state’s designated HIV center. We work closely with every patient to develop a personalized care plan that supports long-term health.

Our travel medicine clinic at the Bronx Park Medical Pavilion offers:
Malaria prevention medication
Travel health consultations
Typhoid vaccination
Yellow fever vaccination
Other recommended travel vaccines and medications
